I recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic, just minutes from the metro station and a nearby shopping mall. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, keeping us energized throughout the day, and the staff, especially Jessie, provided exceptional service, even arranging for a lovely corner unit with beautiful views.

The reception area was a bit tight.

I traveled with my cat, and the staff prepared a litter box, cat bed, and food bowls for her. The large single room had a huge bathtub and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious with options available until 10:30. Overall, the design and music created great vibes. I loved the kindness of the staff! 😍

The rooms were lovely with great views (perfect for relaxation! ), and the breakfast provided a wide variety of local and international options. Staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable.

Check-in was a bit slow, and it would be great if communication was clearer regarding available amenities.

i had an amazing stay at hard rock hotel! the large single room was stylish with a huge bathtub and comfy bed. the staff was super kind and prepared everything for our cat, which felt so thoughtful. breakfast was delicious with lots of options available until 10:30, keeping our mornings relaxed.

I enjoyed my stay overall, but the communication at check-in was challenging. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The large single room was spacious, making my solo trip comfortable. For future guests, perhaps ask for a room on a higher floor for a better view.

I had an exciting stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen! The rooftop pool was stunning, providing breathtaking views while I relaxed on a sun lounger. The breakfast buffet was a delightful treat each morning, with an amazing variety to fuel my adventures.

We truly enjoyed the excellent stay with friendly staff, especially the manager who assisted with taxis. A lovely birthday cake for our niece added a memorable touch to our experience.

The hotel reception area was quite tight, making check-in a bit cramped and less inviting. Still, this did not overshadow the overall experience.

The hotel staff was very attentive and arranged rooms on the same floor for our group. The kids were disappointed there were no gifts for them during breakfast. They enjoyed the kids' club activities and overall had a fun stay.

The location was great for eco-parks and shopping spots nearby.

My kids wished for more organized activities for younger children.

We rented an electric guitar with amp and played for hours, feeling like rock stars in our stylish room. The circular bathtub? Highlight of our whole stay, truly something special that made the evenings relaxing.

It wasn’t the cheapest place we’ve stayed, but for what we got, it was pretty acceptable.

the bathroom door was transparent (not ideal for privacy). the staff were fantastic, from the manager helping with taxis to the housekeeping team being super friendly. the spacious room and good in-room amenities made the stay great.
