The hotel is conveniently located opposite a shopping mall, allowing easy access to a variety of restaurants, entertainment options, and shops. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Guests can enjoy an amazing hot-tub in the room and a delicious breakfast. The hotel also offers excellent live band performances at night, creating a lively atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Some staff members were not knowledgeable and displayed poor communication skills, particularly regarding the lounge's timing and offers.

Great breakfast with noodle station, fruit, pastries, and more. Manager of restaurant was excellent. Rock royalty lounge used for bachelorette party, very accommodating. Nice bathtub and bed in large single room. Cat-friendly amenities provided. Good vibes, helpful staff. Lily and Iris provided outstanding service. Amazing room view, comfy bed, quick room service, and good price.

The band at the Hard Rock Restaurant was absolutely incredible! Their professional performance had us feeling happy and special throughout the night. We couldn't get enough of their rocking tunes and can't wait to see them again soon. Plus, the food at the restaurant was super tasty!

I must mention that the hotel's location is not the best due to ongoing heavy development nearby, including the construction of a metro line. Additionally, there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a burger that came cooked too rare for my taste and the closure of the rooftop pool area during my stay.

As soon as I stepped into the room, this hotel surpassed all of my expectations. the room was spacious, with tasteful and luxurious decor, providing exclusive amenities that met all of my needs.

The nearby entertainment options were limited. Although the hotel provided top-notch live entertainment and experienced staff in the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

This place is a hidden gem! the staff are extremely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. the spacious and modern rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. the location is perfect for those who want to explore the area, with shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away, including a well-known coffee chain. the rooftop swimming pool is a must-visit, offering amazing views of the city skyline.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. the selection was somewhat limited, and some of the dishes were not served at the right temperature.
