The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and a convenient kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. a great experience!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the Jardins area. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to Avenida Paulista and a variety of restaurants and bars close by. The staff was incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a sitting area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the hotel provided excellent room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We were truly able to unwind and enjoy our time here.

the staff at the Landmark Residence - Oficial were friendly, professional and spoke English. the location was fantastic, close to museums, shops, and restaurants. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options labeled in Portuguese and English. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, despite the decor being a bit old-fashioned. it was a good value for the area.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with a metro station nearby and in a posh and safe area. the breakfast offered was good with a decent selection to choose from. We also appreciated the spacious room which made our romantic escape even more enjoyable.

The beds were uncomfortable and not wide enough, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the facilities were showing signs of age and in need of updating.

The Landmark Residence offers a great breakfast with a large variety and excellent hygiene. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, making you feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious and give you the feeling of living in an apartment. it's a wonderful place to stay.
