I had a great stay at Hilton in Changzhou. The staff were exceptional and provided warm and attentive service. The room layout was perfect and the aesthetic of the hotel was exactly my style. The location, close to Golden Eagle, was very convenient for shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a comfortable stay in Changzhou at a hotel located in the Wujing district, just across a little park. The location was perfect, being close to Changzhou park and a shopping mall. The room was spacious and clean, with a big bed that provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also impressive, with a walk-in closet and spacious toilet. The service from the staff was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff at the reception, lobby, and room service. The breakfast had a good selection and the facilities, such as the fitness room, sauna, and swimming pool, were impressive.

Some aspects of the hotel's service and knowledge lacked, which was unexpected for a 5-star international hotel.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms, clean and fresh linens, and amazing amenities. I loved the gym, which had all the latest equipment, and the pool was huge. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, and the location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions. A shuttle service was also offered for guests, which was incredibly convenient.

The Wi-Fi access was not great, and there were times when the signal was weak. the staff could have been more attentive and welcoming.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The staff were friendly, accommodating and made our check-in effortless. Our room was spotlessly clean; the luxurious amenities provided were just what we needed to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the restaurant and the food was amazing, with a good selection of dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the in-room breakfast, which made our mornings much more pleasant. The spa treatments were superb, with experienced therapists offering a range of exclusive services.

We had a minor issue with the temperature control in our room, but the staff promptly fixed it once we alerted them.
