Convenient location near electronic stores and good restaurants. the lobby had a nice bar and small shop.

Check-out process was too long. the room had a smoky smell at first and the AC only worked if you were in the room and set to maximum power.

There was even a big supermarket right next to the hotel, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff provided excellent service, with reasonable English-speaking skills. The hotel also had easy access to transportation, as it was very close to a train station. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and even upgraded my room upon check-in. The breakfast was delicious and the free wifi worked well.

They provided exceptional assistance when I unfortunately got injured during my trip, even accompanying me to the hospital and helping with translations. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the WiFi was reliable. The breakfast served was consistently delicious, and I absolutely loved the coffee machine. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and even a Walmart, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Spent my Xmas in a hotel with great value for the price. the rooms are very clean and comfy. the location is perfect as it is close to both the industrial park and commercial area, making every activity within reach. the staff is warm and accommodating, providing assistance even in the wee hours of the morning.

Food served in the hotel needs improvement in quality, as well as better management since they serve some dishes from breakfast during lunch. Some of the a la carte items were frozen.
