The executive floor lounge was a highlight for us. The attentive and friendly waiters served generous drinks and delicious hot snacks prepared by excellent cooks. The hotel's location in the Jing'an area was perfect. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet. Plus, the concierge desk provided great assistance in navigating the city. We loved the Gourmet Cafe with its shared table and separate space from the lobby. It was a great place to enjoy coffee, work on our computers, and indulge in tasty quiches. The upstairs bar was a pleasant surprise. We were directed there for a late night coffee and were impressed by the view, service, food, and music. It made for a relaxed and enjoyable way to end our stay in this city.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located between two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was also within walking distance to the lively French Concession district, where we enjoyed exploring the bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the nearby Jing'an temple. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to start our day.

The hotel's lounge selection was superb and the staff was attentive, even anticipating my needs. the hotel's location was excellent as it was centrally located making it easy to access key establishments in the city.

The breakfast was not up to standard as the staff barely spoke English, the tables were unclean and the buffet area was not cleared promptly. the hotel's rooms are starting to show their age and the restaurants close too early for an international hotel.

I've stayed at Kunlun Jing An multiple times over the past two years and it's always been exceptional. the staff, facilities, and overall experience are top-notch. Leo Cai and his team in the executive lounge go above and beyond to take care of their guests, paying attention to every detail. It feels like having a second family away from home, and it's incredibly relaxing. the location is convenient, with shopping and lifestyle areas nearby, and the concierge service is always reliable. the dining options are extensive and the hotel is always clean and comfortable.
