As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the attentive customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to help me prepare a surprise for my partner's birthday, including arranging a cake. The design of the refurbished Nanhai wing was comfortable and appealing, making for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the Shekou Shopping area and free shuttle services to the ferry port.

Beautiful hotel with a classic Hilton style. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a flawless air conditioning system and a very comfortable bed. The view overlooking the bay was stunning. The concierge lounge had a great spread and the service from everyone, especially Aileen and Tina, was attentive and thoughtful. I had a terrific stay at the hotel.

It's worth noting that the executive lounge could have offered a larger variety of food, particularly missing salmon. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have been provided with 2 key cards.

Convenient location, 6 mins walk to Sea World station. Upgraded room offered for birthday celebration. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice bar on top floor. Recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool, which, although smaller than expected, was beautiful and even had a Jacuzzi. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, from the concierge who helped us navigate the city to the friendly staff at the Executive Lounge. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, situated between Hilton Taipei Sinban and Hilton Shekou and close to the Shekou ferry port with easy access to HKIA.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Hong Kong airport and I must say, the location was superb. Not only was it convenient for me to catch my flight, but there were also open restaurants nearby where I could grab a quick bite to eat. The hotel also had an executive center which was perfect for my business needs. In terms of hospitality, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and had a stunning view from my room.

The fitness center was a bit disappointing, lacking modern equipment and amenities.

The staff at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. They helped me organize urgent cross-border travel to Hong Kong, saving me from a potential disaster. The cozy bed and on-time in-room breakfast were additional highlights. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

During my stay at Hilton, I was impressed by the stunning ocean view from my spacious and comfortable room. The sunset was simply gorgeous! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service. The hotel's location, close to Seaworld, was also convenient. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The ambiance was amazing, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge and gym were also a great addition. The hotel is conveniently located near Seaworld and has easy access to transportation. The staff, including Elina, Luna, Alily, Viviane. Special mention should be made of the high tea and evening fare, which were some of the best we've had in this city. this hotel provided a wonderful experience in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, location, and staff.

The hotel was amazing! We loved the modern and comfortable rooms with breathtaking ocean views. The location was perfect, with lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and convenient access to public transportation. One of the best things about our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The facilities, such as the pool and gym, were also top-notch.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the toilet in our room was not properly maintained and got clogged on the first day.

The hotel exceeded expectations, friendly staff, Vanessa's exceptional service, amazing spa, convenient location near Shekou ferry and Sea World, nice suite in Nanhai Wing.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel had a large and relaxing pool area, with a great view of the mountains across the water. The breakfast was delicious and there was a convenient short walk to Shekou Seaworld.

The lobby had a strong perfume odor, which was not pleasant. Additionally, the outdoor loungers were uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax by the pool.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk away from Sea World, which includes the metro station. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Couldn't fault anything!

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, amidst its exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The full-body massage at the Spa & Wellness Center left us feeling rejuvenated. The infinity pool gives a breathtaking view of the city, while the outdoor swimming pool provides a perfect area for recreation. The private facilities were exclusive making us feel pampered. The restaurant served us a sumptuous dinner, followed by an in-room breakfast, which was a delight.

We did experience a minor issue as the karaoke lounge was not available for live entertainment, as stated on the hotel's website. Nevertheless, this hotel's location advantages, such as the garden area and the leisure/TV room, adequately compensated for our staycation enjoyment.

To be honest, I had a great time during my stay here. The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were awesome. The location is also pretty good, it's close to the water and some good restaurants. And the room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

But there were a few things that weren't so great. For one, the staff seemed a bit disorganized and didn't communicate very well.
