We had a fantastic stay at H' Elite! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shower was refreshing and had excellent water pressure. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at H' Elite and would highly recommend it to others.

The complementary drinks and fruit basket were a nice touch, and the location near the shopping district and metro station made it easy to explore the city. the gym was also well-equipped.

The room was not properly cleaned, with dust visible on surfaces and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.
