We stayed in the Superior Queen Room for our short trip. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure there was no smell of smoke after performing de-odor treatment. The room was spacious with a comfortable double bed and a modern sofa. The facilities were new, and we particularly loved the kettle provided. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel lobby was a comfortable waiting area. We also enjoyed the complimentary desserts provided in the evening.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and their shuttle service was reliable and efficient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with good air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests, even using translation apps to communicate. The hotel also provided free bottled water and had a free airport pick-up and drop-off service.

Some non-smoking rooms had a lingering smell of smoke, possibly due to poor ventilation or the removal of ashtrays.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with some exceptional help from the check-in staff. She even used her personal account and paid for it herself. Not only that, but she also helped me arrange a Didi late at night when I needed to return to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with strong air conditioning. The shower cubicle was also roomy and the bathroom was spotless. The location of the hotel, near the airport, was very convenient. There were plenty of eateries just a couple of streets away, especially popular hot pot places. Additionally, there were markets nearby where I could buy souvenirs. The staff was incredibly accommodating, arranging shuttle services from the airport and the buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious food. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during our layover. the staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to use the room during the day. They even provided us with breakfast when we first arrived. the free airport transport was also a great convenience, as they were always available whenever we needed it. the room was surprisingly spacious considering the price range of the hotel. We were also pleased with the laundry corner and the Apple computer provided. it was an excellent experience.

The staff were helpful with arranging taxis, and there were complimentary drinks and desserts in the lobby at night. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay near the airport.
