I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient, being close to the city center and within walking distance of many interesting places. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even changed my room upon request. The room itself was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were plenty of electric sockets available, which is not always the case in Chinese hotels. The hotel also had a great view from the 16th floor, and they allowed me to check in early, which was a relief considering the rainy weather at the time.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Hefei Downtown, I was pleased with the convenient location in the old central part of Hefei. The included breakfast was a nice perk, and I particularly enjoyed having the Xinhua bookstore downstairs. The subway stops were also within a reasonable distance, making it easy to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel for its decent location and added amenities.

The buffet breakfast had a decent selection of food. the hotel had a central location close to shops and restaurants. Plus, the WiFi connection was fast and reliable.

The room wasn't very clean, with stains on the carpet and dust on surfaces. the staff weren't very helpful, and it was hard to communicate with them due to the language barrier.
