We arrived late but there was a note with instructions taped to the door. Our spacious apartment on the second floor had a great breeze and was clean. The location was amazing, close to the beach and shops. a fantastic visit! I highly recommend this hotel.

The street where the apartment was located was a bit untidy, but this didn't affect our overall experience. The walk to the grocery store was a bit longer than we expected, about 15 minutes, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The rooms on the upper floor are spacious and well-equipped with all the right amenities including a full kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays.

The only issue we encountered during our stay was a mix-up with the keys on arrival. However, the staff quickly resolved the situation and were incredibly apologetic about it.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations, especially for their restaurant which offers a discount. The food there was fabulous and it was a lovely walk to get there. The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area near Cape St Vincent, yet still within walking distance to the "centre" of Sagres. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, with all the amenities we needed, including a microwave, kettle, and even plates and cups. The private terrace was a perfect spot to sit in the evenings and listen to the sound of the ocean.

Some areas of this hotel could use a bit of improvement.

My Christmas stay was wonderful. I enjoyed the beautiful pool and the friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect as it was close to both the beach and a convenient supermarket. I appreciated the cleanliness of my shared bathroom.

My bed was uncomfortable as it was comprised of two single mattresses placed together, but the fitted sheet did not fit properly, which made for a less cozy sleeping experience. the parking lot was unpaved, resulting in a lot of dust that got onto my car.

The location of this hotel is just great, in a calm and quiet street just 1 min from a beautiful beach and the town center is a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and recommended their restaurant for food, where you even get a discount. The food was fabulous and it was a lovely walk to the restaurant, it was just perfect.

Although not soundproof, it quieted down at night for peaceful sleep. The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the beautiful Praia Do Tonel beach and close access to shops and markets. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The value for the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sagres.

We booked Tonel Apartamentos spontaneously and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. The fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace, and convenient parking lot were definite highlights. The location near the beach and a short walk from the center was perfect. The swimming pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay at Tonel again!
