During our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, we were impressed by the reliable and clean accommodations. The rooms were spacious and appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a large desk, fridge, TV, and excellent WIFI. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linens were pristine and clean. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower and great water pressure. The hotel also provided complimentary water and coffee in the room.

Although the location wasn't ideal, being relatively close to the Yau Ma Tei metro station made it convenient for exploring Kowloon. The hotel staff were welcoming and the lobby had a stylish design.

This hotel is a great value for money with fantastic views from the rooms with park view, which feature 2 queen size beds and a bathtub. The hotel's location, not too far from the MRT station, makes it easy to access all the tourist spots.

No major negatives, although breakfast on plastic plates with horrible coffee may not be ideal for vegetarians.

The location is perfect. Easy to remote. Hotel a bit overpriced. I think you are paying more for the location rather than the comfort itself. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay and that made is it in the end pleasant. I think without the staff being nice I would have rated my stay a minus one.

Had a great Easter weekend! the hotel had free breakfast included, which was wonderful. the location was perfect; close to many shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevator could be slow at times, but it wasn't a huge issue. No other complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Yau Ma Tei MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of small shops nearby and a modern mall just across the road. The hotel is also accessible from the airport, with bus 21A taking you to a stop on Nathan street just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and silky smooth beddings. The breakfast offers a few choices and is good.

The temperature in the rooms is fixed at 18°C and cannot be adjusted, which can be uncomfortable for guests who prefer a different temperature.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Mongkok for 4 nights. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily explore the modern eateries in Mongkok and the authentic local eateries in Yau Ma Tei. With both Mongkok and Yau Ma Tei MRT stations just a few minutes away, getting around was a breeze. The friendly reception staff always wore a smile and provided great recommendations for dining options. I appreciated the availability of hotel umbrellas during rainy days. The hotel itself is new, clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room size was spacious, especially for a standard room in HK.

The location was perfect, just minutes away from the vibrant Ladies street and YMT/MK MTR. The service from all staff members was excellent, with friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. The cafeteria staff even served with a smile, which was impressive. The room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the extra pillow that was provided upon request. Despite some stained carpets, the overall amenities of the hotel made up for it.

Great location, close to many good eateries and accessible to nearby attractions. Comfy pillows and bed with soundproofing for a peaceful sleep. Fresh towels and linen provided. Helpful and friendly staff. Value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in a perfect location in Kowloon. the hotel is in a nice part of town, close to the night markets and within walking distance of TST and other areas. the room was clean and comfortable, with great views. the use of space in the room was impressive, especially the cozy seating area by the window. the shower was also the best I've ever seen. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a welcome drink and patiently assisting us with questions. They even called to confirm if we wanted our room cleaned and checked in on us when we reached the airport. we highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future.
