Location was just perfect, barely a minute to the Bell Tower and all those tasty street eats nearby. They had free drinks in the lobby that hit the spot after a long day. Room was clean, and I really appreciated the self-service laundry. Staff were friendly, even if it was a bit hard to chat. Wish the breakfast had some more Western options, though.

Absolutely loved the location, just a stone's throw from the Bell Tower and loads of tasty eats nearby! Breakfast was a proper spread, both Chinese and Western styles, but wish the reception staff were more fluent in English. Still, would definitely come back!

the noise from the street was unbearable, even on the 6th floor. I simply couldn't relax. On top of that, the staff's inability to communicate in english meant I had to waste hours figuring out issues with my room. it’s absolutely astounding for a hotel like this to not offer a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience.

Consider using the self-service laundry facilities. they were convenient and helped me keep my clothes fresh during my stay.

Right near the Bell Tower, innit? Room was spotless, mate, and brekkie had all the tasty bits, loved the porridge! Only downside was the reception, bit tricky with the lingo. Overall, a proper decent stay, will deffo come back!

the holiday inn express was a great choice! the rooms were clean and tidy. The kettle with free coffee, tea, and water was a nice touch. it’s super close to major attractions, just a hop away from the metro and bell tower. communication before arrival was top-notch, too!

the location was fab, literally a few mins walk from bell tower, super close to local eateries and shops too. staff were really friendly and helpful, made our stay nice. breakfast had a good mix, both local and western stuff, yum! the room was clean and comfy, had all the basics we needed like tea and coffee. free laundry was a big plus, didn't expect that at all!

the bathroom could've been bigger for two ppl sharing, and it was kinda hard for taxis to drop us off right at the entrance.

The location is fab, just 100 meters from the Bell Tower! The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and a decent array of non-stop drinking water in the lobby, which is essential after a day of exploring.

The reception staff's English could use some translation magic! Also, a fridge in the room would have been nice, but I guess my snacks can survive without a chill.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with nearby halal food options that made exploring the city a delight and the complimentary free flow of drinking water, coffee, and tea added an extra touch of hospitality during our stay.
