The owner Ann is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make your stay incredible. She helped us with taxi arrangements, allowed us to check-in late, and even gave us extra time in our room before check-out. The interior design is super trendy and the place feels incredibly cozy. They have a refrigerator with complimentary water and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Banglampoo and Kao San area, and a short trip to the Chao Praya ferry. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again if we return to this amazing city.

The homemade cooked waffles, especially the one with banana, were our favorite. We were truly satisfied with the value for money at this place.
