The receptionists were unhelpful and not informative about hotel offers!!! A connecting room request was denied despite availability!!! It took forever to get assistance since the reception desk isn’t reachable from the rooms!!! Payment system issues are annoying too!!!

Spacious room, exquisite bathroom, with a lovely deep square bathtub and separate shower, along with excellent amenities such as free wi-fi and access to a fitness center that made my stay wonderful.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast, with a variety of options, and the friendly staff at the M Club Lounge who made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. Their excellent service truly stood out, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to Ocean Park and the easy access to the MTR station right nearby.

The dining options could be more reasonably priced.

The Deluxe King Room is spacious with a comfortable bed, large sofa, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the essentials, including shampoo and body soap. A nice bathtub. Loved the gym and the spa facilities like beauty services. Staff was helpful, and the food options were top-notch too.

Howay, the view from me room was canny lush, like! The pool area was a right treat too. Just a shame the housekeeping wasn’t up to scratch, findin’ dead ants and pesticide smell was a bit miffin’. Still enjoyed me stay overall, though!

Aye, the location was dope, close to the beaches and that big water park! But yo, the food options was pricey and coulda been better for the fam. Pool was legit, though. I felt real welcome with that free wi-fi and mini-bar in my room. They coulda offered more breakfast options, but overall, I ain’t mad.

the location is super close to ocean park and the beach, which is awesome for family fun. room was really comfy with nice decor and had a good vibe. pool area is great to chill and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful when i checked in. also, enjoyed the variety at breakfast, especially the dessert selection. the hotel has a cool ocean theme which made everything feel fresh.
