As old people, we loved the nicely renovated historical hotel with comfortable beds and bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The bath robes in the room were a nice touch, and we appreciated the locally owned and operated feel of the place.

I highly recommend this hotel for its beauty, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored hotel, the oldest in Colorado. The room was lovely, and the complimentary coffee and croissants in the morning were a nice touch. Sherry, the host, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared interesting information about the local area and its history. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. it was a perfect resting spot for my trip from Pagosa Springs to Manitou Springs.

The lamb chops and Flat Iron Steak were divine, and the Key Lime Parfait and chocolate molten lava cake were heavenly. The attention to detail and delicious food truly made this a special occasion. This small hotel has a historic charm and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The restaurant provides amazing dinner options, and the bar has very attentive staff, making for a fulfilling holiday experience. The hotel is situated in a lovely downtown area close to shopping and surrounded by beautiful forests and rivers.

The hotel could use some more amenities for guests to enjoy, such as a pool or fitness center.
