The room was spacious with beautiful city views from the top floor. the staff was very helpful, especially with arranging transportation and offering an upgrade. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both Western and Chinese options.

The gym was not well-maintained and could benefit from more cleaning. the language barrier with some newly hired staff made communication difficult at times.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to visit the nearby tourist attractions. it is right next to a beautiful park, providing a peaceful and enjoyable environment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views from the higher floors. The staff is friendly, helpful, and eager to please, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The buffet food, especially breakfast, tends to be cold, which can be disappointing.

This hotel offers exceptional luxury amenities, including a relaxing sauna, indoor swimming pool, and a well-stocked bar. the private room facilities and in-room breakfast were outstanding, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The only minor issue I encountered was some noise from construction nearby. this didn't significantly impact my experience at the hotel.

During my stay at Hyatt Regency, I was impressed by the convenient location near the metro station and the easy access to the railway station and airport. The nearby parks provided a great opportunity for relaxation. The cleanliness and efficiency of my room exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable, and the staff at the hotel, particularly in the Regency Club Lounge, provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and warm hospitality.
