the local restaurants were fantastic, but the hotel cafe was always crowded. the wi-fi was spotty in some areas.

Had a sweet stay, but the pool had heaps of chlorine, and the amenities could've been better. Big shoutout to the friendly staff though, made our trip heaps better!

Had a lovely 4-night stay! The room was spick-and-span, and the location was perfect—right by the MTR and bustling shopping. Dimsum buffet was a tasty treat after all that shopping!

However, the pool was more of a 'puddle of dreams' than a refreshing dip! And let's just say, it won't win any cleanliness awards.

The location is just superb—TST station is right underneath, connecting to all the malls. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Massive shoutout to the concierge who totally took care of us. Also, brekkie was lekker and convenient. no need to leave the hotel!

The room design was a bit odd, especially the sliding bathroom door that doesn’t really do much besides being a weird feature, but I guess it’s no biggie.

the elevators were an absolute disaster, constantly switching levels and walking everywhere was exhausting. breakfast was lacking and featured cold pastries! how hard is it to serve warm food, really? also, with how much we paid, a complimentary upgrade or at least a tiny welcome gift woudl ve been appreciated. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The location is fantastic, just steps from the metro station and right in the heart of a vibrant shopping area. The room was spacious and well-laid out with a great bathroom. The staff provided attentive and friendly service during my stay.

Just had a staycation in a big Executive Suite that felt like royalty! ! The living room was HUGE and the deep soaking tub was the highlight after a long day out—like getting pampered in your own spa!
