We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency in Tsim Sha Tsui. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options from around the world. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and a shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in TST for a few days, and it was one of the best hotels I've experienced. The location is brilliant, with easy access to the metro and lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The pool facility was great for relaxing, and the breakfast had plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom with its bath and rainfall shower facilities. The staff, particularly the restaurant and guest services staff, were excellent and went above and beyond to enhance my stay. The view of the Harbour from my room was magnificent, and I loved looking out at it both day and night. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

During my New Year stay, I loved the clean and well-made rooms, providing a comfortable and restful sleep. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel's prime location near key transportation hubs and a shopping mall made it convenient and easy to explore the city.

One downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel entrance from the main road, as it was hidden inside the mall. Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that the sauna in the ladies shower room was not in working condition.

Direct MTR access from the hotel made it convenient to travel around HK. The spacious room was furnished with all necessary amenities. Views from the room were lovely. it was a comfortable stay at Hyatt Regency.

We loved our corner room with a fantastic city view and spacious sitting area. The room had a kettle, coffee machine, and provided tea and coffee. The bed was adorned with crisp white linen, and the hotel's location made it easy to step right into the hustle and bustle of the city. There were plenty of eateries and shops nearby. The staff was professional and welcoming, making sure we had a great stay. We only had one night, but we would definitely choose this hotel again. The restaurant looked nice, although we didn't have the chance to try it.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to the Tsim Sha Tsui station and K11 mall. The staff is friendly and provided excellent service, even surprising me with birthday treats. The food and drinks at the lounge were delicious and the view of Victoria Bay was stunning. Our room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel's marketing policy showed they care about guest satisfaction.

Located next to K11 Art Mall and opposite the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station Entrance N1, Hyatt Regency is in a prime location. With many local cafes nearby and on top of the beautiful K11 shopping mall, guests have plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms are clean and modern, with amenities like a working desk and a nice shower. The breakfast buffet offers enough variety to start the day off right.

The pool facilities could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect, right above the metro station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The view from my room was absolutely stunning and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering extended checkout and allowing me to use the pool and showers even after I had checked out. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.
