The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily stroll through the old town and visit all the main attractions. Another great aspect was the airport shuttle stop right outside of the hotel. It made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to rest after a day of sightseeing.

Plus, it was conveniently located right next to the stop for the airport bus. Excellent location right on Piazza Castelnuovo with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice to us and even booked a taxi for our early morning flight. Our room, while small, served its purpose well. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Palermo. The location was perfect for a short stay, as it was very close to the main historical street of the city but still in a calm area. It was easy to get around, whether by walking to the various attractions or taking a taxi from the airport. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

During my stay at Hotel Politeama, I was impressed with the convenient location near the shopping area and the bus stop right in front, making it easy to explore different places and catch transportation. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, allowing me to use the gym facilities and store my luggage while I waited for my room to be ready. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection of food, including fresh fruit that I absolutely loved. The hotel is situated on a lovely square, making it easy to explore the central sites of the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided a welcome escape from the heat outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The public areas of the hotel were also nicely appointed, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the proximity to the airport shuttle bus stop made getting to and from the hotel hassle-free.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us complimentary refreshments upon arrival. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and in a safe area of the city. the breakfast buffet was excellent, serving a variety of delicious food options.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery and a bit dangerous. the heating system hadn't been turned on yet, so the room was a bit cold at night.
