As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise for first-time Hyatt and Hangzhou visitors. The location facing the West Lake was perfect for easy access to shopping and dining options. The staff on the floor went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing extra coffee and water when they noticed what we used. The meals at Hubin Restaurant were delicious and we particularly enjoyed the traditional presentation of the "Beggar's Chicken". The concierge desk staff were incredibly helpful, rushing to get high-speed train tickets and even using their personal Uber account to call us a taxi to the train station. our experience at the hotel was enjoyable and memorable.

As a group of friends, we loved the Regency Club room with lounge access. Evening drinks and cocktails were fantastic, and the food provided enough for dinner. The cramped sauna and dirty plunge pool were not up to par, and the sauna even closed unexpectedly during my stay. This was a letdown compared to the otherwise high standard of the hotel.
