I've traveled to Hakuba multiple times and this hotel really stood out in terms of service and convenience. the breakfast layout was perfect with a mix of hot and cold dishes, great to fuel up before hitting the slopes. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Happo One slope and close to the shuttle service that takes you to different mountains.

Spacious rooms with comfortable amenities. Convenient location with easy access to bus terminals and gondola. Varied breakfast options and enjoyable taproom with sports channels.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Hakuba and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for our ski trip, as it was just a short walk from the Happoone ski lifts. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money.

Although the bathroom facilities were basic, they were adequate for our needs. Next time, we would prefer to stay in a hotel that is situated closer to restaurants and buses for more dining options.

The skiing is easily accessible, with the slopes all within easy walking distance if not right outside. The rooms are large and warm, with a comfortable and clean atmosphere. The breakfast is included and there are options for eating in-house. The hotel provides helpful services such as pick up and drop off, shuttles, and assistance with dinner reservations.

The restaurant downstairs may not offer the best value for money.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hakuba that I must share with you. the location was perfect for my ski trip, with the slopes just a stone's throw away and everything within easy walking distance. Secondly, the staff were amazing, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and offered stunning views of the mountains. Oh, and did I mention the delicious breakfast included in the price? It had different items every day, which was a delightful surprise.
