Convenient location with nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and bars. Spacious, clean room with great city view. Enjoyed the swimming pool and friendly housekeeper. Would definitely stay again!

hyatt regency definitely exceeded my expectations during this break on a long journey. the hotel's great location, connected to a shopping mall with nice shops and restaurants, made it convenient for us. the staff was helpful, the rooms spacious and clean, and the swimming pool was very relaxing after a hot day.

No lobby area to socialize.

The hotel I stayed in during Christmas was a great option. the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. the location was amazing, right next to a mall with many restaurants and shops. It was very convenient to have all these options right at the doorstep. Another plus was the Chinese style breakfast which was delicious and had many choices.

This hotel is a luxurious and comfortable venue that exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities were impressive, especially the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and heated swimming pool. We loved the garden area and shallow end of the pool, which provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our room advantages were excellent, with a spacious and elegant design, as well as private facilities.

Although this hotel was fantastic overall, we did have one minor issue. the location was not central, which made traveling to central Shanghai for sightseeing a bit challenging.
