We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful and comfy. The hotel was conveniently located close to attractions in the Chicago area, including Medieval Times. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, including the hot tub in the pool area, were excellent. we were impressed and would love to stay here again.

No major issues, everything was okay!

The hotel has a great location, close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit during our romantic escape. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops, which was very convenient. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for local activities and making our stay more enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the hotel's breakfast options were disappointing, with limited choices and poor hygiene practices by the staff.

We stayed in the suburbs and found a hotel with a perfect location, close to Woodfield Mall and countless restaurants. The clean and comfortable room was the highlight. Additionally, the laundry facilities on offer were an added bonus.

The staff provided exceptional customer service and quickly made up for any initial issues. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, including a refrigerator. The bathroom was modern and updated. Ms. Terrina from the staff was particularly helpful during checkout and even packed us some bagels and coffee since we missed breakfast. the facilities and amenities met all our needs without hesitation.

The stay felt very homey, and there was nothing to complain about.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we found the bar and Jacuzzi to be great amenities on site.
