We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and spacious room at Hyatt Regency. The market cafe offered an amazing variety of delicious dishes that catered to every traveler. The hotel's close proximity to the airport made our arrival and departure hassle-free. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location of this hotel is mind-blowing, just a short walk from the airport terminal, yet it feels secluded. The spacious and quiet room design, with an extra comfy bed, was super impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and extra helpful. Perfect for early flights, being linked to the airport. The superb breakfast offered a nice balance of Western and Asian cuisine. The close proximity to the airport and easy access to the city via the Metro station were jaw-dropping. The staff, from the front desk to the buffet personnel, were truly amazing and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The advantages of being near the airport for business trips were outstanding.

The hotel's internet connection was very slow, making it difficult to stay in touch with friends and family back home. the music played in the hotel's common areas was also quite loud and obnoxious, which detracted from the overall ambience.

Even though I arrived at the hotel on time, I had to wait for almost 40 minutes to receive my room key.

They welcomed us warmly, despite the unfortunate cancellation of our flight. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of Chinese and Western options that were fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed the quiet pool and spa area. a great experience and we will definitely be back.
