i had high hopes, but the bathroom sink was a little blocked, and the toilets could’ve been cleaner, how shocking! breakfast was tasty but definetly needed more choices, only 1 night? ridiculous! i almost left a decent review until they neglected to offer a complimentary drink for our troubles. such an oversight for a place that claims charm.

Absolutely loved the goats cheese pastries for dinner!

I loved how easy it was to walk to amazing spots like the Quiet Man Statue and the Royal Abbey of Cong, making my strolls really memorable and full of local charm. plus, the yummy food at the nearby restaurants added to the experience and hospitality was truly welcoming throughout my stay.

the parking situation was atrocious, I felt like an afterthought, not a guest of high stature. breakfast was decent, but I coudlve used more choices—not everyone loves oats! I nearly gave a lovely review until I realized, a complimentary drink woudl ve been the least they could do for such inconvenience.

The room was clean and spacious, and the furniture had a traditional feel. The recently renovated bathroom was a plus. The breakfast included a buffet and a la carte options, with excellent overnight oats. The staff offered helpful suggestions for exploring the area.

Limited parking availability forces guests to search for spots far away!!! The noise from both the bar and street can ruin a peaceful night!!! Inconsistency in room cleanliness might need addressing!!!

Ja, no, the welcoming atmosphere was just lekker! The live music sessions were a highlight, and the seafood pasta for dinner? Absolute win! The staff were sharp-sharp and made sure we felt at home. Also, brekkie was on point with fresh ingredients.

Only thing is it got a bit noisy at night, but honestly, we had such a jol, it didn't bother us much!

Dinner was a real highlight—had those amazing goats cheese pastries and hubby's seafood risotto was on point! The brekkie? Lekker all the way with fresh everything, especially those overnight oats. Room felt so spacious, and that hot shower after a day of exploring was bliss!

Had a lovely evening enjoying delicious sea food pasta and great service from the friendly staff. The atmosphere was cozy, especially with the fire going. However, it would have been better if the restaurant had been open Monday night, as it caught us off guard. Still, we made the most of our time!
