One highlight was when I had trouble with the room safe, a staff member arrived within minutes to fix the issue and even offered local restaurant recommendations. Additionally, when I mentioned the inconvenience of having to constantly re-enter the wifi login, the front desk promptly called to apologize and provide a solution. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a great location, conveniently accessible from the airport and near to both Sheung Wan subway station and nearby tram stop. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a view of the waterfront and ample amenities including slippers. Breakfast is included in the rate and offered a wide variety of options.

The showers were smaller than expected.

The hotel was perfectly located for our Christmas trip, with great access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and even provided complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. the room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city skyline.

The elevators were slow and crowded, making it difficult to navigate with luggage during check-in and check-out. the shower water pressure was weak, which made it difficult to take a relaxing shower after a long day of exploring the city.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Sheung Wan for 2 nights. The staff was very helpful in guiding how to get around. The best way to get to the hotel from the airport is by train, and there is a free shuttle from the train station to the hotel. The hotel has a public tram right next to it. The restaurant on the 4th floor was very good and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms had a beautiful view of the harbor and were spacious and bright. The hotel also had some unique amenities like an internet corner with desktop computers and large screens.

This hotel is in an eclectic neighborhood on Hong Kong Island, close to the bus stop and conveniently located near Sheung Wan subway station, providing easy access from the airport. The rooms offer a beautiful harbor view, which can be requested, allowing guests to wake up to the most gorgeous sight. Additionally, the breakfast is included in the rate and provides a variety of options to start the day off right.

No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its great location near the airport shuttle and metro station, and historical sights like Western Market. The spacious room with a stunning harbor view was perfect for our family of four. The delicious breakfast had a wide spread to choose from. Moreover, we enjoyed the free gym and the convenience of having a Starbucks downstairs.

Though the bathroom was a bit cramped for our liking, it was to be expected in Hong Kong.

We enjoyed the amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Plus, we loved the fact that the Wi-Fi was free so we could stay connected with family and friends while we were away.
