We loved the location of this venue. It is situated in a safe area with great restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The staff here were amazing, from the bell men to the managers, and they accommodated our every request including arranging tours and providing laundry services. One of the perks of our stay was the welcome drink and happy hour. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities.

The rooms at this hotel were quite clean and comfortable, and the size of the rooms was big enough for a weekend stay. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the metro, which was important for us as we didn't have a car. the staff, especially Tommy, was very kind and helpful, making the overall experience more pleasant.

One aspect that I didn't like was that the hotel did not offer breakfast, which would have been a nice addition. Additionally, the area around the hotel didn't seem very safe, which was a concern for us as guests.

I got great value for my money at Normandie. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the Hollywood Hills. The staff was amazing, helping me with grocery store recommendations and local dining options. The location in Koreatown was safe and convenient, with easy access to public transit.

The rooms have a comforting, handsome look with comfortable beds and hardwood floors. The continental breakfast offered a good variety of options and the location is ideal for exploring Koreatown. The front desk staff, C.J. and the other gentleman, went above and beyond to provide great hospitality. I had a delightful stay and would book here again.
