We stayed at a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It was close to many tourist attractions, right next to two big malls, and just a short walk to the metro. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the indoor pool and spa area. it was a wonderful experience.

Some of the staff members lacked local knowledge and service training.

Great location above subway, near shopping mall and Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Most rooms have nice view of the bund. Okay-sized rooms, comfortable beds. Fully equipped with hidden facilities. Wonderful pool and kids' area. Nice gym.

We had an amazing stay at this stylish hotel in the heart of Pudong. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a comfortable king size bed and excellent sleep quality. The soundproofing was top-notch, as we could hardly hear any noise from outside. The location was perfect, within walking distance to train stations and major attractions like the Pearl Tower and Shanghai Tower. The IFC mall below the hotel was a bonus, with many luxury brand shops. our stay was excellent and highly recommended.

My recent stay at a hotel in a fantastic location was truly amazing. Being so close to iconic landmarks like the Pearl Tower and Shanghai Tower made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel itself was spacious and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. The communal lounge area was a pleasant surprise, offering free hot drinks, cold drinks, and snacks. I particularly enjoyed the almond cookies. Having access to Western channels on the TV was a bonus, especially after being in more remote areas of China. The well-stocked gym and gorgeous swimming pool added to the overall experience. The ease of getting to the hotel from the airport, whether by taxi or the exciting maglev train, made the journey convenient. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the magnificent view, especially from the pool. The fitness center was great too, perfect for pretending to work out. The apartments were well-decorated, full of natural light, and had everything from an iPod dock to a washing machine. Perfect for staying in style.

Couldn't find my way to the room without getting lost in a shopping mall. How convenient!

We had a lovely romantic escape at this service apartment! the views were stunning, with three tall buildings visible from our terrace. the room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that had all the necessary amenities. the subway station was easily accessible, and we loved that we could access the mall directly from the lobby. the housekeeping staff were quick to clean our room while we were out, which was a nice surprise. the best part was the complementary breakfast and kidszone with toys and books that kept our little one occupied!

The only suggestion we have is to have a more extensive menu available that can be delivered to the room. We were hoping for a more varied selection for meals in the comfort of our room when we didn't feel like going out.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it is centrally located on top of a high-end mall and is near the train station. I had easy access to everything with a direct entrance to the mall. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a safe and pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet my needs. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning view and a room filled with all the amenities I could possibly need. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also impressive, comparable to that of a 5-star establishment.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable. Being situated in the heart of the financial district, we were just a short walk away from some of the best food and shopping options available in the area. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located right next to a metro station, making it easy for us to explore popular tourist areas like the Bund and Jing An.

One aspect that we found disappointing was the breakfast offered at the hotel. It was quite poor and did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid.
