The hotel had a beautiful glass pyramid structure and a luxury mall on the lower levels. the rooms were well-designed with all the modern amenities, including a brand new Dyson hairdryer. the staff, especially Katrina, were friendly and helpful.

There was no pool available at the hotel, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the hotel lacked a variety of food options, which was a downside.

The art collection in the hotel was truly incredible, with a wide range of stunning pieces to admire. I loved walking around and exploring the different artworks on display.

I was disappointed with the quality of the bath towels provided. They were of low quality and not up to the standards I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The Hotel Eclat in Beijing exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an amazing shopping center, with a wide range of stores to explore. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by the beautiful sculptures and paintings displayed throughout the property. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

We had a fantastic New Year experience at this hotel. the turndown service was a great touch, and we loved the foam and firm pillows provided. the massage chair in the room was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the staff at the breakfast lounge were attentive, polite, and always had a smile on their faces. the hotel's key location near a shopping mall made it convenient for us to explore and shop. Additionally, the hotel's interesting art collection added a unique touch to our stay.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of negative aspects. the lack of spoken English by the hotel staff made communication difficult at times.

The breakfast is good, with a variety of options, and the desert delivery to the room is a nice touch. it's a wonderful place to stay.

The breakfast buffet on the 16th floor was delicious and well organized. the hotel provided excellent service and I highly recommend it.

The hotel lacked some amenities that would have made the stay even more enjoyable. For instance, the gym was quite small and not as well-equipped as I had hoped.

We were captivated by the beautiful decor, comfortable bed, and luxurious amenities. The free evening dessert delivery was a delightful surprise, and we appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly approach by not using plastic straws. The hotel features stunning artworks everywhere and has a lovely ambience. The staff are courteous. The rooms have amazing baths and high-tech toilets. The hotel is located in a perfect location. The building complex has powerful air filter systems.

Private art tour, themed rooms, architecturally cool mall, helpful concierge for difficult restaurant reservation. Excellent stay and service, truly a highlight.
