As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel. The staff was warm, polite and extremely helpful. The room had an amazing view of the nearby temple, city wall, Xuanwu Lake and surrounding hills. The facilities, including the reception area, pool and fitness center, were excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and they even allowed a late check-out.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room had amazing natural light and a breathtaking view of the nearby temple, city wall, Xuanwu Lake, and surrounding hills. The tub had instantly hot water and everything in the room was comfortable. The hotel had excellent facilities like a reception area with sweeping views, a large pool, and a fitness center. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the hotel even allowed a late check-out.

The hotel staff were genuinely helpful and interested in providing a positive experience. The buffet breakfast was great and the room on the 52nd floor had a stunning view of the lake. The hotel's connection to a shopping mall was convenient. Alex, the staff member, made our stay memorable and was an asset to the hotel.

Spent this Xmas at a hotel in Nanjing and it exceeded expectations! the staff was amazing and very helpful. Had some doubts about the city and they gave great recommendations. the location was perfect for getting around. Found a shopping mall right next door which was a bonus. that, the room was gorgeous with a stunning view and comfortable bed.

I had an amazing stay at the Intercontinental in Nanjing. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and took great care of me. The room I was initially assigned had a faulty air conditioner, but the manager quickly resolved the issue by moving me to a suite with stunning lake views, at no extra charge. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and the service overall was top-notch.

We had a great stay at this hotel with our two small kids. The location is very convenient, with a metro station just outside the property. The rooms were large and located on high floors, offering a stunning view of the city. The luxurious bathroom with a central bath and corner shower was a highlight. The breakfast had a wide selection of Asian and Western delicacies, and the hotel amenities were top-notch.

One aspect of the hotel that we found strange was the bathroom setup in our room. There was no separate bathroom, only a shower and toilet with a door that didn't close properly.

The value for money was excellent and the room was top-notch with a great view of the lake. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing.
