We stayed at a conveniently located hotel, just around the corner from the main attractions. It was in the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff was friendly and quick to fix any issues we had, such as the WiFi connectivity problem. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to transport us to Kampung Ayer.

Although our stay was pleasant, we did have some trouble with payment processing.

During my stay at the hotel, I unfortunately fell ill on the day of my departure. However, the reception staff went above and beyond to assist me. They kindly arranged a late checkout and even brought breakfast to my room, allowing me to recover comfortably. The hotel's location near the river was ideal for exploring the city, and my room, although basic, was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of pre-arranged airport transfers with no issues. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, excellent staff, and convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was unbeatable. It was right in the heart of the city, by the river, and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredible. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me arrange a day trip when I was facing difficulties. Lastly, the rooms were great. Mine was on level 3, in good condition, with modern decor and a large bathroom. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay was a wonderful bonus.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is in the middle of the city and within walking distance of all the major sightseeing spots in Bandar Seri Begawan. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to the local bus station and coach stops, making it easy to explore other parts of Brunei and even travel to Malaysia. The staff at this hotel provided excellent service, being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even assisted us in finding tours and advising on places to visit. Despite being a bit small, the rooms were clean and well-kept, with basic amenities provided. Although the deluxe room overlooked the courtyard and had no view, it ensured a quiet stay without disturbances from the street.

The breakfast provided at this hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of food options to choose from. However, the quality of some of the fruits served was not up to par and could be improved.

The hotel was conveniently located near most tourist attractions. We were able to walk to the nearby water villages and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, including a great affordable Chinese halal restaurant. the room was clean and spacious which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We experienced difficulties with our hot water in the shower. Despite trying to let the water run for an extended period of time, it remained cold.
