We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city and within walking distance of main attractions and shopping centers. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the facilities were top-notch. The outdoor pool, with its pirate ship and play areas, was a highlight for both kids and adults. The breakfast spread was one of the largest we've ever seen and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool area which was like an adventure in itself. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options, with a metro station right in front of the hotel's entrance. this hotel provided a fantastic experience for our family Easter holiday trip.

Great location near main attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. Lively piano performance in the evening. Fantastic stay and will return!

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the hotel had a beautiful holiday atmosphere, with festive decorations throughout. the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping malls and theme parks. We also loved the spacious and clean rooms, which provided a comfortable and luxurious stay. our Christmas experience at this hotel was unforgettable.

Although our overall experience was great, we did have a minor issue with the room we initially booked. We had reserved a room with two queen beds, but were given a room with two twin beds instead.

The holiday decorations in the lobby created a festive atmosphere, perfect for a Christmas stay. the staff was very helpful and provided valuable suggestions for things to do in our spare time. the room was spacious with a great view.

The hotel room was not ready for check-in until late afternoon, which was quite disappointing. the housekeeping did not pay attention to details, such as a wet memo pad and a faulty pen.

I had the best hotel experience of my life at Intercontinental Shenzhen. The hotel is a magnificent blend of luxury and refinement. The rooms, more like suites, are incredibly spacious and exude class in every detail. The bathroom is a dream, and the bedroom is simply beautiful. The staff is adorable and highly professional. The hotel's location near the Window to the World exhibition is perfect. I only wish my business trip had been longer so I could have enjoyed the amenities like the SPA and swimming pool.
