During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the fantastic lake view from my room. It was truly breathtaking and helped create a serene and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always quick to respond to any requests or needs, ensuring a pleasant experience. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the breakfast service could have been better organized, as there were long queues and some items ran out before the designated closing time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the desk were great and spoke excellent English. My room had an amazing view of the lake and was very clean and quiet. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Fitness Centre. The location next to the lake was perfect, and it was also pretty close to the subway. the best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location next to the lake, and the helpful staff.

Comfortable room with the option to change check-out date. Central position near bars, restaurants, and subway. Robot room service is a unique feature.

the exclusive amenities provided in the room were excellent and fulfilled all of my needs. the service provided by the staff was impeccable. the in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day and the restaurant offered special diet menus. the bar and lounge area was also a great place to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

Although the massage I received was excellent, the sauna was not working properly.

The hotel rooms were well-appointed and clean, offering all basic needs for a comfortable stay. the breakfast provided had a great selection of international cuisine and refreshing juices. the hotel's location provided beautiful views and was close to the lake, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The excessive paperwork during check-in was a hassle and impeded the smooth arrival experience. Although the local government prohibits single-use plastics, the hotel still provided plastic-wrapped single-use utensils.

Excellent Service and Staff

We had a fantastic stay at Intercontinental Suzhou. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always helpful and pleasant. The hotel's close proximity to the lake was a bonus, and the pool was perfect for a refreshing swim. The rooms were spacious and clean, with the most comfortable bed linens. Despite some overpriced food in the restaurant, the overall experience was great. We highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning to Intercontinental Suzhou in the future.

Tastefully decorated, oriental touch. Roomy, clean, quiet with lake view. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Attentive bellhops, waitresses, concierge, maids. Well-appointed, great bar with good music and pool table. Restaurants and convention center nearby. A great hotel in a trendy area.
