Large quiet studio with beautiful terrace in backyard; smaller studio above boulevard; nice kitchenette with coffee machine; helpful staff; clean, comfortable beds; okay wifi; nearby supermarkets, cafes, bus & metro; Opera & Arc de Triomphe 30 min walk; would stay again. Recommend. 👍

We had a great stay at this place. The location was perfect, close to all the main tourist areas and easily accessible by walking or public transport. The staff provided valuable service and were very helpful. The room amenities were fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, and all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. we had a wonderful experience here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the Miromesnil Metro Station and only two stops away from the Roissybus which takes you to and from CDG. The staff gave me an early check-in and were friendly, especially the lady at the check-in counter. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was nice. They provided a luggage storage service for guests who had to check out but didn't leave until later.

The hotel was poorly maintained, with stained carpet and a frayed chair in the room. There was a smell of smoke in the non-smoking room and even on the towels.

Great location and easily accessible by public transportation. The room size was decent and came with cooking facilities. The wi-fi was fast, and the reception staff were helpful. Plus, they offered complementary toiletries and drinks.

The maintenance was poor as we found some areas not clean enough. The sheets were not changed during our stay.
