I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally thoughtful and kind, providing me with early check-in and taking care of all my needs. The room was excellent, offering a great view of the harbor and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options like the airport express and the tram. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. No need to think twice, just book with complete confidence!

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed lobby with a stunning staircase. The Harbor View Room is highly recommended, very difficult to leave due to its beauty. Good location for business meetings, but not much excitement in the area.

Amazing Service! Incredible amenities including a big pool, well stocked gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi. Plus, a brilliant view of the skyscrapers from the well-sized rooms. The location was perfect, and just a few minutes away from all the key attractions!

The bathrooms felt a little old fashioned as compared to the rest of the hotel. , the top floor's eatery lacked an atmosphere, but the food was out-of-the-world good!

Our last-minute stay at Island Shang was seamless. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a gorgeous view of Victoria Harbour. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast at Petrus was excellent, with attentive service. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent experience at Shangri-La. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Admiralty MTR station, making it convenient to explore Hong Kong. The staff, including Tatjana and the concierge team with Marry Anna, Chrystie, and others, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views of the city. I also enjoyed the delicious food and outstanding service at Petrus. it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend it, especially for families.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location with easy access to Admiralty MTR station, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were courteous, especially the bell boys and cleaning staff who were incredibly helpful. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the dining experience at Petrus was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of options, and the heated outdoor swimming pool on level 8 was a delightful touch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing a warm welcome and charming little extra touches for my wife's birthday. it was a truly five-star experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a wide range of treatments and services available. The outdoor swimming pool was beautifully designed and offered stunning views of the city. The treatment rooms were spacious and private, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The heated swimming pool was especially great for a dip after a long day of exploring the city. The restaurant offered a diverse menu of delicious cuisine, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot for a nightcap. The private facilities, including the treatment rooms and poolside cabanas, made me feel like a VIP.

My only minor issue was with the coffee/tea in the lobby, which was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. It lacked the high-end quality that I had come to expect from this venue.

The view from our room was incredible, overlooking the bay and the city skyline. The room was equipped with high-tech electronics, allowing us to control the curtains and lights with the touch of a button. The bathroom was elegantly designed and had a luxurious standalone shower. We also loved the 56th-floor lounge, which had a classy atmosphere and great for unwinding. The pool area was well-kept and provided a peaceful oasis in the midst of the city hustle.

One major downside was the freezing air conditioning in the room. Despite our efforts to adjust the temperature, it could not go higher than 21.5 degrees Celsius, making it uncomfortably cold during our stay.
