The hotel's prime location, close to shopping streets and with a picturesque street with lanterns and a small bridge nearby, made it an ideal spot for exploring and capturing great photographs. I recently stayed at Jun Bo Xuan Boutique in the ancient town of Lijiang. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided a free airport pickup at 1am! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of English movies-on-demand. The breakfast, although very Chinese, was delicious and they offered free coffee, tea, and fruit all day. a fantastic stay in a beautiful traditional building.

Stayed at this charming guesthouse, loved the traditional Naxi architecture. Free airport pick-up was convenient. The staff helped me with sightseeing plans and the breakfast was delicious. Oh, and I got to engage in exciting activities like horse riding and hiking!

Such a shame they didn't have a small light on the bedside table. How was I supposed to read without leaving the whole room lit up?

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at Jun Bo Xuan. Chinese tea and fruits were served, making us feel at home. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with classic Chinese decor and modern amenities. the owner, Ann, went above and beyond to help us with planning our trip, making suggestions and arranging reservations and tickets.

But what truly made my experience special was the hospitality of the family who owned the guesthouse. They run a tea business and were more than happy to share their knowledge with me, offering a variety of teas throughout the day and explaining the different types. This not only allowed me to enjoy delicious teas but also provided an opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. In the evenings, I was even treated to their own homemade plum wine. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and personal experience in Lijiang.
