What an amazing experience! The location couldn't have been better - right by the beach with stunning views. The pool area was so relaxing, and I loved that it backed onto the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay special. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and sang to me! The proximity to the main shopping center was also a huge plus, just a short walk away. a truly fantastic experience!

To my stay. there were pesky sellers on the beach who would try to sell you things while you were trying to relax by the pool or have a meal at the restaurant.

This hotel is located just steps away from a quiet black sand beach, which adds to its charm and tranquility. The rooms, especially those on the top floor with ocean views, offer a stunning backdrop of the surrounding mountains or gardens. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel comfortable and happy, arranging diving trips and accommodation with great attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast options, including delicious Lombok dishes, are served with a lovely view of the garden.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay feel like home. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing garden and pool area, which were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The hotel's location was ideal, situated on a clean and beautiful beach that was just a short walk away. We especially loved the inclusive and delicious breakfast, and the generous servings of local cuisine.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the traffic outside may be an issue. We also noticed that the pathways in the hotel needed maintenance and there were no face washers or hand towels provided. However, overall, our experience at this hotel was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel was excellent; it was in a quieter part of town but still not too far from the busier areas. Plus, the hotel overlooked the pool and beach, which was a fantastic view.
