Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. We were delighted with the luxurious amenities, like an indoor swimming pool, a relaxing sauna, and a beautiful garden area. the room advantages were also exclusive, with comfortable beds and a delightful in-room breakfast.

We encountered one minor issue with the service. the staff at the restaurant on the lobby level seemed overwhelmed, and there was a shortage of service staff to attend to our basic needs.

Communication in English was difficult, which was unexpected for a hotel with international visitors. the internet connection was slow and unreliable, making it challenging to use apps like WeChat.
