I had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott in Shanghai. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with remote-controlled shades and luxurious bathroom amenities. With its convenient location near Changing Park and the Joy City Mall, this hotel offered a comfortable and convenient escape in the city. Located in a safe residential area near a large park. Comfortable and well-maintained. Close proximity to Parkside Plaza and Changfeng Park. Convenient access to taxis and metro for exploring the city.

The breakfast in the lounge and the nightly dinner were enjoyable. the spacious rooms and huge bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. the location was convenient, with easy access to other areas of Shanghai.

Communication in English was difficult, which was unexpected for a hotel with international visitors. the internet connection was slow and unreliable, making it challenging to use apps like WeChat.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. We were delighted with the luxurious amenities, like an indoor swimming pool, a relaxing sauna, and a beautiful garden area. the room advantages were also exclusive, with comfortable beds and a delightful in-room breakfast.
