Spacious, comfortable room with great views. Impressive breakfast spread and happy hour food. Excellent service from friendly staff. Luxurious bathroom with TV in the bath. Nice lobby decor with stunning Christmas tree and blown glass flowers.

During my recent stay at JW Marriott in Hangzhou, I experienced excellent, consistent service. I want to commend the staff at the breakfast restaurant for their extensive selection of delicious eastern and western dishes, as well as their friendly and attentive service. The lounge staff was also incredibly helpful, and Curry even made me a refreshing Mojito. I especially loved ordering room service and having it sent to the lounge, where I indulged in the mouthwatering Marriott Burger. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained.

The room had an amazing west lake view and was decorated in a modern yet elegant way. the automatic curtains and USB connections on the desk were very helpful. the hotel was in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from west lake and affordable taxis were readily available.

The hotel's exclusive breakfast did not meet the best quality standards.

There were occasional issues with the availability of certain food items at the buffet, causing inconvenience to guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff was attentive and professional, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. Our room was clean and spacious with adjustable ventilation, allowing us to relax comfortably. the breakfast selection was exceptional, and the lounge privileges were fantastic.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the main attractions, but transportation was easily available. Sharing the spa facilities with the Courtyard Marriott guests was a minor issue, but it did not affect our experience.
