Our recent stay in Shanghai was exceptional! the hotel we stayed at offered a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the city center. We were impressed by the warm welcome we received from the staff. They provided us with useful information about the area and local recommendations. the breakfast was outstanding, with a vast selection of dishes to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices and the omelet station. the room was spacious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay!

Even though our stay was amazing, there were a couple of minor issues we faced. the shower door did not prevent the water from flowing out properly, which caused some inconvenience.

We had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott. The hotel staff were fantastic and very friendly. The pre-arrival arrangements were top-notch and the executive lounge was a great perk. We finally found our go-to base in Shanghai. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great pre-arrival arrangements and friendly staff. Happy with our first JW experience, definitely on our future hotel list. Pleasant stay with a lovely upgrade to a corner room. Excellent executive lounge service. European couple's perfect comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city and relaxing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond for us. the spa and wellness center was a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities. the swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, while the massage and steam room were top-notch. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were elegant and offered delicious cuisine.

Our room had exclusive advantages like a private balcony and a cozy fireplace. Cons: the only minor issue was that the snack bar had limited options.
