Excellent service, staff went above and beyond for guests. Jack at the helm provided top-notch concierge assistance. Room was spacious and comfortable with high-quality bedding. Long Yuan restaurant offered tasty food, despite minimal English-speaking staff.

One thing that stood out was when we needed to print our boarding passes, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate the process. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff also ensured that my early morning alarms were set and a taxi was arranged for me, providing a seamless and stress-free experience. Plus, the location in the center of Dragon District was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

The hotel is very new and modern, with well, designed and comfortable rooms. the staff is friendly and the breakfast has a rich and tasty variety. the hotel is conveniently located near modern shopping malls.

There were a few small annoyances during my stay. Upon check, in, my requested non, smoking room was not available.

From the moment we arrived at this luxurious hotel, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who catered to our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was phenomenal with top-notch massage techniques that provided ultimate relaxation. We loved the in-room breakfast, which was served hot and fresh. the special diet menus were amazing as they catered to our dietary restrictions. the indoor swimming pool was a great perk and the bar/lounge area had the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening. the location was ideal, with easy access to shopping and other attractions.

We were looking forward to having a nice BBQ with friends but unfortunately, there was no available grill.
