Had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Wuxi! The lobby was trendy, the staff friendly, and the rooms were spacious with great bathrooms. We loved the pool, sauna, and steam room, as well as the delicious lobster buffet dinner with live band performance. The hotel offered amazing value for the price, and we can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Great room size and comfortable bed. the location was perfect, near to the river, restaurants, and shops. the spa services offered were exceptional and very relaxing.

We stayed on the 21st floor and enjoyed the stunning view from our room. The hotel breakfast was excellent and satisfied our taste buds. The room service provided tasty and reasonably priced food. The concierge, Dio Wang, was extremely helpful in arranging our transportation back to Shanghai. We also loved the great music band and the attentive restaurant staff at the Paulaner Brauhaus. The front desk personnel were very professional and efficient. The Executive Lounge offered a fantastic happy hour buffet and a delightful breakfast. The swimming pool had a good depth range, and the facilities were splendid.

The hotel staff provides excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The views from the higher floors are breathtaking, allowing you to take in the beauty of the surroundings.

The gym is located next to the pool, which can result in unpleasant chlorine fumes.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. the hotel was well-designed and clean, with a German restaurant and pub that offered live music every evening. It was a great place to relax after a busy day. Additionally, the concierge was excellent in setting up tours and arranging transportation.

The check-out process was quite slow and inefficient. There was also loud music playing late into the night, which could be heard all the way up on the 19th floor, despite being told it would stop at 10pm.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, the indoor swimming pool and sauna were relaxing, and the heated swimming pool had comfortable sun loungers. The accommodating staff even provided us with in-room breakfast and private facilities. Cons: the bar/lounge area lacked atmosphere and could use some improvement.
