The decor of the hotel was really interesting and quirky, adding to the overall charm of the place. the spa facilities were definitely worth the money, with a quiet and intimate atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed having the spa pretty much to ourselves most of the time. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious, even though the portions weren't huge.

There were a few areas of the hotel that were a bit shabby, although not in the spa. It was a bit disappointing to see the Christmas decorations being taken down before my eyes, especially since I like to prolong the holiday spirit.

The hotel features a wonderful outdoor pool and seating area, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The service in the restaurant can be hit and miss, with some guests experiencing slow service.

The only improvement that could be made is to offer a wider variety of food for breakfast, such as hash browns and beans.

Spent Easter weekend in a cosy and stylish hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. the communal areas were furnished well and homely. the bedroom was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds where we took a morning walk and the hotel was conveniently located between two popular historical towns.

The spa was small and underwhelming. the outdoor pool and hot tub could be dangerous with sharp edges and slipperiness.
