I had a fantastic stay here. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were able to communicate seamlessly in English. Ryan, in particular, stood out as he assisted us in getting snacks from the deli and then served us in the Paulaner Brauhaus later in the evening. He was not only excellent at his job but also a lot of fun. Additionally, the bathroom in our room was exceptionally nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing bath.

Friendly staff, organized hotel. Great location across from a park for running/hiking. Excellent service, pool, gym, and breakfast. Club floor rooms have comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The first floor offers a discounted German bar menu for hotel guests.

Staffs in executive lounge and female breakfast manager speak good English. Wide variety of food in lounge. Front desk people helpful in English. Ryan provided snacks and served in Paulaner Brauhaus. Good rate for Christmas weekend.

The decor at Kempinski was truly impressive, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable experience, and the large bathroom was a definite highlight. The views from my room were breathtaking, and the bed and pillow ensured a restful sleep.

The front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to communicate in English, which made our stay much easier. Also, I always love a bath at hotels, and the bathroom in our room was especially nice. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience at Kempinski was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Xiamen.

The staff in the lobby sometimes had difficulty understanding our requests, both in English and Chinese. It took some time to explain and repeat our needs until they understood.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of the nearby lake from our room. The spacious and clean bathroom exceeded our expectations, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, and the attentive staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near the city center made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.

We did encounter some disappointment with the ordering system and service at the Chinese restaurant. The confusion regarding the order sheet and the delayed arrival of certain dishes left us feeling frustrated.

The breakfast at main cafe is excellent with a wide variety of options, while the executive lounge could use more variety. The executive floor is great, but the food selection could be more diverse. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and nice view. The buffet lunch has a good selection and the staff is attentive and friendly.

The hotel provided a spacious two, room suite with two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group of three. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a plate of fresh fruit and snacks, along with plenty of water. the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of high, quality food and friendly wait staff. the hotel also offered airport pick, up and drop, off services for a fee, which made our travel arrangements hassle, free.

There were a few issues during our stay. the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and despite reporting the problem, it was not resolved.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and was quite tasty. the pool area was nice and clean, with comfortable loungers and towels readily available. the hotel is within walking distance to a shopping center and several restaurants, which is convenient.

The rooms are outdated and need a serious refresh, especially the carpets. the air conditioning was inconsistent and didn't seem to cool the room properly.
