The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the entrance of the Avatar National Park.

Although the breakfast had a Chinese focus, we found it to be very good with a variety of options. The hotel overall was well-maintained and Instagrammable, allowing us to capture some amazing photos during our stay.

We stayed at Pullman for 7 days, combining business with sightseeing. The clean rooms with comfortable beds were perfect for a businessman like me. The staff at reception, especially Vladimir, were exceptional in their courteous service. The hotel's location near Zhangjiajie National Park was ideal, and the food in the western restaurant was delicious. The facilities were well maintained, and the breakfast buffet was great. Special mention to Bob Naresh, who provided valuable tips and assistance.

The Pullman hotel in Zhangjiajie was a fantastic stay for both adults and children. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and a deep bath for relaxation. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of warm and cold options. The location was convenient, with a short walk or inexpensive taxi ride to the main gate of Wulingyuan. Staff were friendly and helpful, with some speaking good English. The hotel also had an ATM machine accepting Maestro cards, which was a relief. Outside the hotel, taxis and mini-vans were readily available, making transportation easy.

The Pullman hotel in Zhanjiajie exceeded our expectations with its wonderful rooms, great staff, and reasonable prices. Vladimir at the concierge went above and beyond to make our trip terrific, providing helpful assistance and taking the time to ensure we had a memorable experience. The hotel's AC was a lifesaver in the hot climate, and the luggage delivery service was top-notch. The nearby theater was an added bonus for entertainment purposes.

The location of the hotel in the Wulingyuan area is perfect for exploring the nearby national parks, with the entrance just a short walk away. The rooms are well-designed, with ergonomic features such as a nook for bathroom items and a separate bath tub and shower. The staff at the front desk are professional and courteous, and the breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. Additionally, the hotel has a nice swimming pool to relax in after a day of hiking.

Some guests reported issues with bug bites in their beds, but the hotel promptly addressed the issue and provided a new room.

During my recent stay at Pullman, I had a wonderful time exploring the nearby Wulingyuan national park. The hotel's convenient location, only 15 minutes away by foot from the park entrance, made it easy for me to visit multiple times. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and professional, despite their limited English skills. Another highlight was the proximity to downtown Wulingyuan, where I discovered a multitude of fantastic Chinese restaurants, including a steak and pizza place on the main street with English-speaking staff. The breakfast options at the hotel offered a delightful mix of Western and Chinese cuisine, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the entrance of the national park. It was also conveniently located near a range of bars and restaurants. the rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was great, which was a relief in the hot climate.

The dining room was not up to standard, with old and dirty furniture. the breakfast selection was lacking and the cocktails at the bar were overpriced and not enjoyable.
