The hotel's convenient location near transportation and attractions was a definite plus. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring daily room cleaning and replenished towels. the small, expensive rooms with twin beds pushed together and occasional unpleasant smells left something to be desired. The noise from building renovations and inconsistent responses to do not disturb signs were other notable downsides. a mixed experience with some highlights but room for improvement.

Polite and efficient staff at the check-in reception. the room initially given had renovation works nearby, but they quickly moved me to a quieter room with no fuss. Location is superb, right outside the MTR exit, making it very convenient.

The hotel is situated in a great spot, close to the MRT and all the things you need around. the room was clean, spacious, and comfy with a nice view, plus the housekeeping service was on point. the staff at the lobby were friendly and helpful, making it one of my top stays in HK. I only wished the price was a bit more accurate initially, but it didn't spoil the experience 🌟.

The location was awesome - close to the metro and shopping mall! It was great being just a few minutes away from the best photo spots. the room was small but spotlessly clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the HBO channel. Breakfast options were convenient, with Chinese, American, and Diet choices available for takeaway.

Check-in was a headache - took over half an hour with just two staff members working. They still required a deposit, which was a hassle, and not everyone could pay with a card.

we had a great stay at Kowloon. the location in the middle of TST was perfect for exploring. our room, though small, was clean and modern. we enjoyed the mix of Western and Asian breakfast options. the concierge was incredibly helpful, making our experience even better.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. the staff were helpful and friendly, allowing me to check in early. the room was comfortable with a spacious bed and quiet air con. Perfect location with easy access to the MTR, K11 center, and Avenue of the Stars.
