A wonderful surprise awaited us as we arrived at the inn - warm, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! The historic inn is situated on top of a hill overlooking a bustling pier with shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we didn't feel cramped at all. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a great variety of delicious options, including fresh scones, mini muffins, and fresh fruit. We had a delightful stay and would definitely return.

loved our recent stay in Old Orchard Beach. The Inn was a pleasant surprise with its friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location just a few blocks from the beach. We stayed at the Inn for a long weekend getaway. The homemade applesauce at breakfast was a delightful surprise, and sitting out on the porch with a bottle of wine in the evening was so peaceful. Louise, who works at the Inn, went above and beyond to help us with suggestions and made us feel like we gained a new friend. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local businesses. Clean beds, linens, and plenty of towels, including beach towels, were provided. a fantastic stay!

Additionally, finding parking was not necessary, saving us the hassle of searching for a spot in this city. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing an extra cot for our group. The room itself was clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We also enjoyed the hot shower, which was a big plus for us.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the outstanding location of the inn, just 5 minutes from the boardwalk and 10 minutes from the beach. The inn itself is charming with lots of ambience and history. The parking facilities were great and we loved having a good-sized refrigerator with a functional freezer in our room. The memory foam bed was comfortable, and the antique furniture added to the overall charm. The inn also provided a parking pass for the beach, making it convenient to explore on foot.

We had a great experience at this downtown inn. The staff was kind and did their best to assist us. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful waterfront. The inn itself was exceptionally fresh and our room had new paint and wallpaper. The shower was new and provided hot water. We also appreciated the off-street parking and the fact that beach towels were provided. The scrambled eggs were delicious too!

Almost perfect, but the Inn could use some improvements. It would have been better if there was an ice machine and more than one functioning key.
