We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular, overlooking the harbor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the club lounges which provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Star Ferry and an MTR station. We also want to give a special shout out to Billy at the concierge desk, who was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Lastly, the cheerful staff of the housekeeping team made our experience very pleasant.

The staff at Kowloon Shangri-La were amazing with our 2.5-year-old, attending to her every request. The hotel is family-friendly, with accommodating staff and a range of amenities for children. The location is right on the harbor, offering stunning views and easy access to the MTR station. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the turn-down service was top-notch. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, and the Harbourview room was worth the extra cost.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience. The upgraded room on the Horizon Club floor was worth every penny. We enjoyed complimentary cocktails, snacks, and fruit plates, all while taking in the beautiful view from the club floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was simply amazing. I highly recommend staying at Shangri-La for a fantastic hotel experience.

The service at the hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even before we arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and stunning views of the waterfront. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food from different cultures, making it a great start to the day.

We were a bit disappointed that there was no fruit left in our room on our last two days, and our coffee and tea were not refilled one day. However, these were small issues and did not greatly affect our overall experience.

My room at Shangri-La was surprisingly spacious, with a big bathroom and stunning views of the harbor. The staff left a delightful gift for our anniversary, which included champagne, chocolates, and a lovely card. The club facilities in the evening were a highlight, with delicious canapes and a variety of drinks to enjoy. The breakfast buffet at Cafe Kool was extensive, offering a wide range of cooked, continental, and Chinese dishes. The chef even made eggs to order! The daily replacements of water bottles, tea, and coffee were much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, excellent service, and memorable stay.
