The location was convenient for our needs, close to local amenities. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay experience.

The property was in need of repairs and updates, with issues like doors not locking properly, gaps around the AC unit, and ripped carpet. Some staff members were not as friendly or helpful, lacking in customer service skills.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and excellent value of this hotel. the location on top of a hill provided stunning views, creating a serene atmosphere. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast offered was delicious. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience truly enjoyable. Cons: Absolutely nothing to criticize. It was a flawless stay.

Upon arrival at the inn, I found the room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. the quiet ambiance allowed for a peaceful night's rest. the convenience of the location was a bonus. In a minor inconvenience, the sink stopper pull rod was loose, but that did not detract from my overall positive experience. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its affordability and pleasant stay.

Stayed at a hotel for a doctor's appointment and found Cottonwood Inn perfect. Great value, clean rooms, exceptional service from Amy, and convenient location. Comfortable beds, working AC, and tasty breakfast. Will be back for future appointments!
