Despite the climate control issue, there were a few positive aspects of my stay. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke English well and made an effort to approach me and offer their assistance. Additionally, the hotel itself had spacious rooms and good facilities, including a swimming pool and play area. This was a great advantage, especially for families traveling with children. Also, the hotel was conveniently located and just a 15-minute taxi ride away from the Hongqiao train station/airport.
