The front desk greeted us warmly and accommodated our request for a room with a grand lake view. The room itself was spacious and in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dishes in the Chinese menu, which rivaled those of nearby Michelin restaurants. we had a fantastic experience.

The hotel also offered complementary transportation to the ferry, making our return trip hassle-free.

The well-appointed rooms and public areas are befitting of a 5-star property. The location, away from the casino craziness but close to historic sites, is perfect for a quieter experience. The staff, especially at Vida Rica restaurant and the gym/pool, were genuine, friendly, and provided excellent service. Special mention to the talented Russian barmen Nikita and Sasha, who made our day with their amazing cocktails and conversation.
